Chris Reddy, an adjunct instructor who teaches BIOL 105 “Topics in Biology: The Gene,” for the Department of Biology, Chemistry and Physics, recently had two articles published.
Reddy published in the January 2014 issue of The American Biology Teacher an article titled “A New Species of Science Education: Harnessing the Power of Interactive Technology to Teach Laboratory Science,” which outlines his use of interactive television to design and conduct a high school laboratory-based science course. He also was recently published in the March 2014 issue of The American Journal of Distance Education, with an article titled, “Educating Laboratory Science Learners at a Distance Using Interactive Television.”
Reddy is a high school biology teacher at Averill Park High School and an adjunct instructor in the College in the High School program.
